It is said that a culture is as rich as it has artists holding it together providing entertainment and a spiritual relief through their art. Artists are capable to connect people together and elevate the soul of Man. What would we do without music or artistic efforts to uplift the mood of a nation. People look upon artists to illuminate them and feed their imagination to imagine better, brighter future. Man is so engrossed in the daily grim, the pressure of life could be quite demanding, and running around on a hamster wheel gives the impression that nothing is really changing, it is the same old routine, same work schedule, same bills to pay. It is as though; time stands still and man is stuck trying to make a living. That’s where the imagination comes to play a crucial part. To kick off any changes, man needs artists to fuel its imagination. The imagination provides a new lease of life by enjoying a great performance. Live performances are invigorating aiding us to disconnect from all kinds of worries out there. Great artists especially are really doing a great job keeping the future at bay for everyone. 

Great artists are the blood line of any culture, they are oxygen, vistas into of great beauty, space to gather, imagination at its best, and a place to reconnect with oneself and feel one’s heart, meet new people with similar passion. Artists can change culture overnight in bringing their brand of aesthetic to new genre of music, they can inspire the next generation of artists. They can bring a great deal of enjoyment easing the pains of life. Only creativity can lift the mind to cloud nine. Anything is possible when imagination is engaged. It is a treat to have artists to enrich the culture. We need great artists right now to stand against consumable highly commercialised type of music. The swan song of any culture is the death of its artists.  Death of the creative minds is the death of the richness of any society. It is why oppressive society are so keen to oppress any creative endeavours.  As artists, we need to get together and preserve any artistic integrity to keep the culture alive and flourishing. Creativity is at stake for the future generation.  Let’s appreciate our artists for what they contribute to the society in abundance.
