How to you become a creative type? First you have to be able to dream and see your dreams unravelling in front of you.  Dreams are like scintillating stars in the immensely vast skies. If you can reach them, they are yours to have. An artist is as good as he can dream and manifest those into something aesthetic. Artists are the only guys able to change the face of any society with beauty, easy living, and good vibes.

If you want to dwell into this magical kingdom of creativity, start by dreaming / imagining the impossible. The creative mind works antipathetic to what we consider ruled by gravity or “normal”. For instance, an elephant can change colours like a chameleon and fly to space by propelling itself with a blow from his trunk reaching the speed of light in mano seconds. That is creativity, it is flowing and disconnected from this solid world we have to obey to the letter. 

If you can’t do these free-thinking games imagining the opposite of things taking place or putting unrelated things together, well you have to keep trying until you can do it. Do you know, the best scientists are people able to imagine how a landing on Mars can happen. A quote from Epstein is the proof of the pudding, “Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.” 

If you wish to expand your vision, keep imagining. Imagining is like to unplug the mind from grim; the result is a free flowing of creative thoughts. Any art demands the user to tap into his / her sacred world, make it real for others. 

Imagination has become a rare commodity nowadays. It is certainly not encouraged in schools or even in art / music colleges. Commerciality is about repeating the same old patterns. It is dull and boring.  It tastes all the same. I make my business to expand others horizon with new music for example. I am always pleased to introduce some of my acquaintances to some good music. It is funny when I am playing Clapton, BB King, Mark Knopfler or Winwood, people accompanying me are always asking me WHO it is, telling me how good it is. Creativity and good music still work. 

Use your imagination and find something that is inspirating to you to let your hair flowing into what you want to create. It is also good for the soul. Have fun.
